With fifty years in real estate development in the Greater Toronto Area, Harry Snoek’s vision has led to the development of very successful projects in North York (surrounding the Yonge-Finch area), in Brampton’s industrial development area and now with the ongoing focus on the development of the Town of Milton.

HS Limited began investing in Milton in 1980. The first 290 acres, known as Milton Business Parks (Phase One), was virtually sold out in less than two years during the economic boom times in which Milton was ‘discovered’ by major industries looking for direct highway access. Milton Business Parks has since been expanded west with major holdings now available facing Highway 401, as well as several 3 to 6 acre parcels fronting on high visibility arterial roads.

A decade later, HS Limited enlarged their holdings in Milton with the acquisition of another major industrial park area—High Point Business Park. That park, fronting on Highways 401 and 25, is now home to such major industries as Gordon Food Service, Sobeys, Johnson Controls, Russel Steel and Sauder Mouldings, together accounting for well over one million square feet of office, manufacturing and warehousing. The premium Highway 401 frontage lands are now being taken up by prestige office and commercial developers. The first 20,000 square foot office building is now being built as the hi-tech head office for Accu-Fax.

Now, with the arrival of expanded water and waste water servicing, HS Limited has opened its newest project, the Escarpment Business Community, consisting of 300 acres of business park and industrial lands on the west side of Hwy. 25, north of Hwy. 401.

With the rapid residential growth being experienced by the Town of Milton, Milton’s business and industrial parks owned by HS Limited are the focus of unprecedented levels of interest from corporations throughout North America and around the world.
